Prepare the Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original 6 ICE packaging, including all authenticity cards, pouches, and protective wraps.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects your return for unworn condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
